Due to the personal care nature of our bath bombs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

This policy is in place to ensure the safety, hygiene, and quality of our products. As bath bombs come into direct contact with the skin and bathwater, we cannot guarantee their integrity once they have left our facility.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photo evidence. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.
